Below is the letter we wrote to the Better Business Bureau. Not sure why they put my name in as C Cross, but can assume it as data entry error on their part as they have my full, complete name correct on the submitting form. Also there are links to the emails we have sent to GISOL form opening the original Witznd account. As well as a chat log when we switched over to the Premium account, regarding our concerns about having to cancel one account to upgrade the account--and to create another account name.

Chat continued:
Well golly gee that pretty much says it all....except for, at that time my key board was messed up and I had lots of spelling mistakes...but, they confirmed right there, that I had 2 accounts and, wow, how awesome it is to read these words; "We'll do it all for you at no additional charge to you.... Just another advantage of being a Global Internet Solutions customer :-)" And, the ipaintit account was paid on that day, AND the witznd account was billed out by a paypal subscription the next day. How awesome is that! Oh it got billed again the same time in 2007! The first time I tried to work it out with GISOL but after a year of emails, BEGGING for a refund and passing the time limit that I could file a claim with Paypal, I was just not going to GIVE GISOL any more of my money on a CLOSED account! Oh also, I had to cancel the witznd account to upgrade to the ipaintit account. I did this while I had GISOL on the phone and on tech. chat (see above)...they can not just upgrade the accounts, you must cancel one to create another upgraded account.
Here are the cancellation forms (for both accounts) taken directly from the GISOL site after I logged into my account and went to GISOL's online cancellation link--the ONLY way you can cancel your account with GISOL!

Cancellation of Ipaintit account after they suspended it. I spent about 1 month, sending email after email and several phone calls without getting anywhere. And the irony is, they NEVER disputed the charge back from my credit card company! They pasted all the information on their BBB response, but you will notice that they did not dispute the chargeback with Paypal. WHY? BECAUSE THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DISPUTE! THEY WERE RECEIVING MONEY ON AN ACCOUNT THAT HAD BEEN CLOSED FOR A YEAR!

Oh and if you are not totally convinced that I actually had two accounts and was billed for both, below are the Account registration confirmation letters I received from GISOL. One in 2005 for the Witznd account and one in 2006 for the ipaintit account.

And the ipaintit account after we canceled the witznd account (on the same day)!
